Expanding Model Choice for Professional Translation

Trad AI now supports OpenAI GPT-5.3, giving users access to one of the most advanced language models currently available for professional translation workflows.

Users can connect GPT-5.3 directly using their own OpenAI API key and select it as their preferred model in account settings. This ensures that translators maintain full control over the models they use, as well as the associated API credentials and costs.

User-Controlled AI Integration

Trad AI does not provide or manage API keys. Instead, users connect their own OpenAI accounts, allowing them to select the model that best fits their workflow.

Once connected, GPT-5.3 becomes available in the Preferred Model selector and can be used immediately inside the translation interface.

Why Model Flexibility Matters

Professional translation workflows require flexibility. Different models may perform better depending on language pairs, domain terminology, or document complexity.

By allowing users to select GPT-5.3, Trad AI expands the range of available AI engines while maintaining the platform’s core principle: translators remain in control of the technology they use.

Transparency and Professional Workflows

AI translation is becoming an integral part of professional language services. With this update, Trad AI continues to focus on transparency, user control, and high-quality translation environments designed specifically for professional translators.
